Kampion Legal
These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Kampion mobile application and related services provided by AKKAweb ("Kampion", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using Kampion, you agree to these Terms.
You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use Kampion.
You may browse some content without an account, but account-based features require registration.
You are responsible for providing accurate account information and keeping it updated.
You are responsible for all activity under your account credentials.
You must keep your login credentials confidential and notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
You agree to use Kampion only for lawful purposes.
You may not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, scrape, or interfere with the app, API endpoints, or related infrastructure.
You may not use Kampion to distribute malware, spam, or fraudulent content.
Kampion aggregates and links to third-party news sources. We do not own all content shown in the app.
Ownership and rights for articles, images, trademarks, and publisher names remain with their respective owners.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or availability of third-party content.
Kampion provides features such as saved articles, source/category/language preferences, and push notifications to personalize your experience.
You can change notification preferences from within the app at any time.
Except for third-party content, Kampion software, branding, design, and underlying systems are owned by AKKAweb or its licensors and protected by applicable law.
You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the app in accordance with these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe a user violates these Terms, abuses the service, or creates security/legal risk.
You may stop using Kampion at any time.
You can delete your account directly in the app where that option is available.
You may also request account removal by contacting us at hello@akkaweb.com.
After account deletion, access to account-based features ends and personal account data is removed or anonymized, subject to legal, fraud-prevention, and backup retention requirements.
Kampion is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.
We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that all defects will be corrected immediately.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AKKAweb is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of Kampion or third-party content accessed through Kampion.
We may update these Terms when needed for legal, operational, or product reasons.
Material changes will be posted in-app or on this page with an updated effective date.
